Celebrating 400 anniversary of Hvar theatre, the oldest European theatre, and keeping local tradition and cultural heritage alive – there will be held an unusual event in Hvar town.
On March 24th 2013 Hvar town mayor will bury a time capsule for 100 years. The capsule is called „Škatula za sne“ which means „Dream box“.
It will contain different items, photos, stories and other content which testify about present cultural heritage.
The “Dream Box” will be buried in park in Hvar centre.
On March 24th 2113, future Hvar town mayor will excavate the time capsule and share the spirit of times from 100 years ago with people in Hvar so they could keep their cultural heritage alive for future generations.
